The last meeting of the project ”Now our world” was held in Braga, Portugal, from 20th to 24th June 2019. The guests from Spain, Turkey, Greece and Poland took part in this meeting. Here is our plan of the activities for these wonderful 5 days:

Day 1: 20th June – Welcome to our school…

- Welcome and visit around the school

- Icebreaking activities

- Watching a video on the city and the country.

- Coffee break.

- Headmaster`s reception.

- CASA project visit (for disability students).

- Visiting the main school and school indoor swimming pool.

- Lunch at school

- Going to Bom Jesus Sanctuary (World Cultural heritage, recenttly recogneized by Unesco).

- Visiting Bom Jesus Park: a preserved Park

- Orienteering race.

Day 2: 21th June: let´s get to know the historic center…

-Meeting at the city center.

- Meeting with the Mayor, in the city Town Hall.

- Walking around the town (guided tour).

- Lunch in the city center.

- Conference ”Climate change and Global Warming”;

- Sharing produced documents and recycled paperbags

- Paper bags exhibition.

-Teachers´ meeting.

Day 3: 22nd June: Let´s dance, paint, smell and watch our past…

- Meeting at school.

- Visiting Tibães Monastery: monastery and church;

- Workshop about species preservation (fauna and flora).

- Lunch at school.

- Students´ Workshop «Creating a Tshirt: Global Warming Dangers»

- Teachers´ meeting.

- Coffee break.

Day 4: 23rd June: Let´s go to another fantastic city…

- Meeting at school.

- Travelling to Oporto (whole day trip): Visiting the Old Town and Ribeira;

- Boat trip (5 Oporto bridges);

- Lunch in the city park.

- A visit to Serralves Museum (Joana Vasconcelos exhibition) and the Serralves Park.

-Coming back to Braga.

Day 5: 24th June: Let´s know more how to take care of the water to a healthy Planet…

- Meeting at school.

- A visit to an Etar (main water treatment station in Braga), guided by an environment engineer.

- Coming back to school.

- Filling in the questionnaire, already answered in the beginning of the project.

- Teachers' meeting.

- Farewell lunch (all students and teachers);

- Getting the certificates.

- Free time (roman festivities; participation, at night, in the Roman parade).
